The location was really great, a quick walk to the tram stop but also only 20 minutes from the centre-ville. The staff were also so friendly! I had a problem on the first night, and the woman at the reception desk got it sorted for me immediately and the technician came the very next morning. Incredibly friendly and welcoming, even though not everyone is completely fluent in English it never made me feel awkward or nervous at all!

On-site, private, secure parking -or you can also park on the street immediately outside. Good size room and comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Cooking hob and microwave. Room had plenty of light and fully opening windows. You can purchase food, wine etc from the digital shop, even when the reception is closed.

It was incredible to have a mini kitchen available inside the room; it made it very easy to prepare quick meals, allowing us to avoid the high prices of local restaurants. The staff was very attentive, and the location was quiet. It was a great night's sleep. We were able to leave our bags at the reception after check-out while we explored the city, which was kind, and we saved on locker fees.
