Situated a short walk from the tram stop and close to the centre of Nantes. Reception is open throughout the day. On-site, private, secure parking -or you can also park on the street immediately outside. Good size room and comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Cooking hob and microwave. Room had plenty of light and fully opening windows. You can purchase food, wine etc from the digital shop, even when the reception is closed.

Great location, not far from the centre of Nantes. Parking a little tricky since the whole area around the hotel is now pay parking (50€ for 10 hours, pricey!). We dropped the car further out in a free parking area, about 15min walk from the hotel.

The location was really great, a quick walk to the tram stop but also only 20 minutes from the centre-ville. The staff were also so friendly! I had a problem on the first night, and the woman at the reception desk got it sorted for me immediately and the technician came the very next morning. Incredibly friendly and welcoming, even though not everyone is completely fluent in English it never made me feel awkward or nervous at all!

Excellent facilities. Lovely, accommodating & friendly staff. Intermarche supermarket was a 10 minute walk and I was able to purchase iced coffees, beer, meals and pizza to keep in the kitchenette fridge, which amazingly has microwave, hob and coffee maker, amongst other things! :) Room was immaculately clean and bed very comfortable. Fan, hairdryer, breakfast tray were all provided. Bathroom was large and spacious. I attended Hellfest 2 in nearby town Clisson & found the location perfect for my purpose. Heated towel rail was extremely beneficial and saved me after some rainy days at the festival!

Quiet stay, easy to access and near city center (3 min walk from tram station). Lots of convenient facilities e.g water dispenser at reception and food delivery in multiple languages. The lady receptionist working on the weekdays was exceptionally helpful and kind! She gave us lots of directions and was very pleasant even when we were checking in at 8.30pm. The bed was also really comfortable!! And it came with a fridge and lots of cutlery/plates.

Breakfast was a bit on the expensive side for what was on offer. So luckily there were good shops nearby where good value food could be got. Also it was not to far from the centre to get the train & the trames were very close.

I liked how well-equipped my apartment was, it had everything essential including cooking utensils. The breakfast was great! It was very French and you could boil your own egg. The room was very quiet. I didn't hear any sounds. I slept well throughout the night.

It is a very pleasant hotel that can be recommended to tourists who like to prepare their meals themselves. If they do not feel like cooking, the hotel offers them breakfast and other meal options, but then why stay in such a hotel🤔? The place is very clean, close to a tramway stop (BTW, public transportation is gratis during weekends). The reception is caring and helpful.

The room was confortable and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. It's three tram stops away from the centre ville and it has many restaurants and bars close by, also a supermarket just around the corner. We were four and there was enough space in the apartment. Breakfast is also quite good.

Comfy, close to the centre and very practical. The relationship between the price and what you get is pretty good.
